Nick works for UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry, whose 655 members in 86 countries represent the leading trade show organizers and venues globally. He is responsible for all sponsorship activity for UFI, including the 6-10 events they run each year in different locations around the world. He also speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and is in charge of UFI’s Latin American chapter and their activity in that region. Prior to joining UFI he worked in the International Sales Group at Reed Exhibitions UK.
Nick is also the founder of the UK Footvolley Association, which aims to promote and grow the Brazilian sport of footvolley in the UK. Footvolley, from the beaches of Rio de Janeiro, is basically beach volleyball played with football rules, and is the fastest growing sport in Brazil.

Peter Kerwood’s 20 years of experience in the creative events industry have seen him work in the City for contract caterer Chester Boyd, where as Marketing Director he launched several venues including the prestigious Haberdashers’ Hall. He has also held the position of Head of Marketing for Events at Merlin Entertainments Group where his international responsibility for brands included Madame Tussauds, Legoland, Sea Life and Alton Towers. In 2011 Peter set up a content marketing consultancy specialising in digital marketing. Clients include the Concerto Group where in the last two years he has been responsible for a total rebrand of the business, new refreshed marketing initiatives across all 20 divisions and has launched The Liver Building in Liverpool.

She recently joined Ceviche Ltd; a world class restaurants group, arts and music company as a Business Development Manager, supporting them to build their business and client base. Celina enjoys spending time with her clients, getting to really understand their requirements to deliver an excellent event.

With over 20 years of hospitality and events experience, Olivia currently helps build strong relationships between event planners and venues utilising the Cvent platform across the globe. One of the initial team brought in to help set up a UK office for Cvent, Olivia has been instrumental in cementing the Cvent Supplier Network as the key venue sourcing platform for event planners in the UK.
Prior to Cvent, Olivia was a senior trainer for Databasics Hospitality Systems LTD, working alongside hotels and venues in the UK to implement the system.

Starting his career at Aztec in 2000 as a Field Technician, Leo steadily worked his way up the organisation, becoming Warehouse Manager twice (after taking a year off to travel Europe in his trusty VW van) and moving client side in 2007 as Account Manager. Since then Leo has made an enormous contribution to Aztec’s growth, and became Account Director in February 2011.
Even though he possesses excellent technical knowledge and has a wealth of project managing experience, Leo’s real strengths lie in his communication skills.
